Gabriele La Teana is an artist of the contemporary scene. He started his business in 2004, chewing a lot of paper and walls, overwhelmed by the impact of graffiti and Street art.
He remains active until 2009, then the blackout, something wears him out inside.
That something explodes into new art in 2018.
Almost 10 years of absence, but in that year he resumes drawing faces, human figures with abstract features, which collect all the emotion of the artist in the strong brushstrokes and strokes.
Each stroke is like a stab that the artist has suffered and that he pours onto the canvas.
Each represented figure exudes pain, emotion, joy and pride, almost symbolizing a cry from the artist towards the world that has done him so much good, but just as bad.
