Covered Dreams

This painting "Covered Dreams" is from the series of "Covered City" project, under the names of “covered/uncovered” and “visible/invisible”, talks about the process of finding that lost beauty. The covers that covered our life in its all points during those years, the covers which we forced to put, to hide our bodies, to hide our beauty, to hide our thoughts and beliefs, and the covers which separated us as men and women. In this project I focused on the landscapes of my city, the buildings under constructions and the sea. Mostly in blue and white, ocean and snow… the two colors that come for peace, deepness, silence and hidden beauty.
