Description:

Joseph Cuypers (son of Pierre Cupers) designed the Obrecht Churcht in Amsterdam. As a great-grandchild of Pierre Cuypers, I was asked to paint the view from the garden and the front. Painted on two canvasses - 120x80 | 60x80 together they represent the church in total with the tower as pivot and connection of the to canvasses. I made an impression in 3 different styles: Cubism, expressionism, my own style. Eventually, the cubist painting was chosen by the client.
