My interest in the anatomy of the body, the techniques of acrylic colors, and the combination of photography and painting help me to create my work. (I use photography, especially the multi-exposure technique. The model photographed was immortalized while it was in motion.) The memory of my land, Iran, is expressed through the indigo color, a symbol of spirituality that leads us to meditate on the reality that surrounds us. Indigo makes us think of the sky, the sea, and the art of ceramics. The color Turquoise, in many countries, had a sacred value and was also worn as protection. It was considered in contrast with the flesh and the body, therefore a symbol of paradise and the spirit.
