Bloom into Spring with our Flower Press Ceramics Workshop
Spring is in the air, and what better way to celebrate the season than by creating your own unique ceramic piece adorned with beautiful pressed flowers?
Join us at st-Art Studio in Amsterdam for our upcoming Live Flower Press Ceramics Workshop, led by the talented Lorena.
This two-hour workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore the art of using flowers and plants as a decorative technique on clay. You’ll have the chance to hand-build a plate and experiment with other ceramic forms, all while learning the process of pressing flowers into the clay.
A selection of dried blooms will be available for you to choose from, but feel free to bring your own special flowers, lace, shells, or other natural elements you’d like to incorporate. No prior experience with clay is necessary – Lorena will guide you through every step, from preparing the clay to creating unique plate shapes.
By the end of the workshop (first we will have to glaze & fire them), you’ll have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind ceramic piece to take home and display. It’s the perfect way to add a touch of spring to your space and celebrate the beauty of nature.
