Chloé Longchamp is a storyteller at heart, weaving narratives through photography and film. Born to an American-Liberian mother and a French father, she grew up between the U.S. and France, embracing a rich, hybrid identity. Her passion for the arts led her to St. John’s University, where she earned a degree in TV/Film Production.

After years in the entertainment industry, including a role at Netflix, Chloe found herself drawn back to photography—the medium that truly speaks to her. Now based in The Netherlands for six years, she actively hones her craft, drawing inspiration from workshops, an ever-growing photobook collection, and her immersive approach to visual storytelling. Her work is a reflection of her journey, blending cultures, experiences, and emotions into compelling visual stories.
